He also facilitated corporate formation of multiple entities in various states which included fulfillment of all federal, state, and local regulatory licensing and registration requirements. Sebastian regularly conducted commercial real property acquisitions, federal contract administration, and federal grant administration. In addition, he provided business development and administrative support, interdepartmental risk management, legal marketing guidance, discovery review, and legal research and writing.Sebastian received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Washington State University, followed by his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law.
