His clients include Benchmark Assisted Living, LLC, which owns and operates over forty senior housing communities in which he has been involved in the acquisition, development and financing. Mr. Boulger also represents Nationwide Health Properties, Inc., a publicly-traded health care REIT, which he has represented on sale/leaseback transactions involving senior housing properties, as well as medical office buildings. In addition, he represents private equity funds which invest in senior housing, including transactions involving joint ventures and incentive management agreements.RetailMr. Boulger represents investors, developers and operators of retail projects.
