SCOTT A. ARTHUR is a partner with Diaco Law, a firm dedicated to the representation of individuals and families in catastrophic personal injury cases. Previously he was a shareholder at Gunn Law Group, P.A., where his practice focused on representing policyholders and the injured in claims against insurance companies, including cases involving insurance coverage, bad faith, and unfair claims settlement practices. Mr. Arthur has served as lead trial counsel in personal injury, coverage, product liability, and bad faith jury trials in both state and federal courts in Florida. Mr. Arthur has also undertaken substantial appellate legal work for multiple cases where he was counsel in the underlying trial court, including serving as primary appellate counsel in the briefing and oral argument, two of which resulted in favorable published opinions from the Second District Court of Appeal.Regarded as one of the leading advocates for the injured and insured across his region, Mr. Arthur has earned many accolades from his peers, including an AV Preeminent peer review rating* from Martindale-Hubbell and designation.
