Sarah represents private and public companies in complex mergers and acquisitions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, inbound international business transactions, and securities offerings. Her practice also includes counseling companies on corporate governance, ongoing SEC compliance, and other general corporate matters.Sarah earned her J.D., cum laude, in 2009 from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where she was a member of the Washington and Lee Law Review and served as a Burks Scholar. She received her B.A. in religious studies and linguistics from Dartmouth College in 2005. She is a member of the State Bars of Georgia and Virginia and the American Bar Association.
