Sabine Schröter is the partner in charge of employment law at the Frankfurt office and managing partner at Friedrich Graf von Westphalen mbB. She joined the Freiburg office of FGvW in 2005 before moving to Taylor Wessing in Frankfurt in 2010. There she was appointed partner in 2012. She returned to FGvW in April 2016. Sabine Schröter advises on individual and collective employment law and litigates throughout Germany. In addition, she has a wide range of experience in the employment law aspects of company acquisitions, reorganisations (including reconciliation of interests and social plan negotiations) and restructuring, often with an international dimension. One of her main areas of practice concerns private, church and public hospitals as well as other companies in the life sciences sector, which are already of great importance to Friedrich Graf von Westphalen. Sabine Schröter is co-author of several publications in the field of employment law and speaks German, English and Spanish.
