Ryan G. Brake is a shareholder in the firm’s Florence, Alabama office. He practices in the areas of general liability, premises liability and workers’ compensation and has defended numerous premises liability, auto accident and workers’ compensation cases in courts across Alabama.Ryan received his BS in Business Management, graduating magna cum laude, from the University of North Alabama where he served as president of the Student Government Association. He earned his JD from the University of Alabama School of Law.Ryan is a frequent speaker on legal issues to human resource and safety professionals and is a popular speaker for Lorman, Sterling Education Services, University of North Alabama Continuing Education, Auburn University Center for Governmental Services, the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, the Alabama Workers’ Compensation Organization and the Alabama Self-Insurers Association.Ryan holds an AV-rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was included on the Mid-South Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list in 2011 and 2013.
