Roy's appellate experience includes obtaining reversal of a $38,000,000 verdict against an insurance company accused of bad faith in handling an insurance claim. A native Jacksonian, Roy earned a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and the J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
