Robin Lutz Beattie, Esq. is a partner at the law firm of Polidori, Franklin, Monahan & Beattie, L.L.C., where she practices all aspects of family law. She has written and lectured on a variety of family law topics, and is a Past President of the First Judicial District Bar Association. She is the author of the Spousal Maintenance Chapter of the Practitioner’s Guide to Colorado Domestic Relations Law and the Common Law Chapter of the Bench Bar Book. Ms. Beattie is currently the Chair of the Colorado Bar Association Family Law Section and serves on the Board of Directors for Court Support Jeffco. She was selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America in 2018 and 2019 and was named as a Super Lawyer in 2019.
