About Roberto
Roberto Campos is an attorney with the firm, practicing in trust and estate litigation, business litigation, and appeals. Roberto represents corporate and individual trustees, beneficiaries, grantors, other fiduciaries, creditors and other interested parties, often in contested matters involving trust validity, fiduciary duties, undue influence, fraudulent transfers, trust reformation and modification, business entities, contracts, and real property. He also helps draft proposed changes to trust and probate statutes as a member of the Legislative Committee for the Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Nevada. Roberto received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and his Juris Doctorate from The University of Chicago Law School. He began practicing law in Chicago as an associate in a global law firm, working on antitrust, regulatory, securities, appellate, and complex commercial litigation. After a few years, he segued his focus to independent and systematic trading. In 2019, Roberto returned to Las Vegas and re-focused on practicing law. He is fluent in Spanish.
