Robert S. Miller is a partner in the firm of Wapner Newman. In 2009, the firm’s name was changed to include Miller in recognition of his many accomplishments. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on January 31, 1968, Mr. Miller earned his Bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University and received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 1992.Mr. Miller has proudly served as Chairperson of the Philadelphia Bar Association Arbitration Committee. He has lectured to colleagues on multiple topics including proper preparation of a case for Arbitration. He has also lectured extensively for numerous organizations and schools on personal injury litigation. Mr. Miller has been recognized as a 2022 Pennsylvania Super Injury Lawyer and a 2020 Best Lawyers In America, Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs, Philadelphia, PA.Mr. Miller concentrates his practice in matters of personal injury including motor vehicle accident litigation, slips/trips and falls, premises liability, construction site accidents as well as medical malpractice.
