Mr. Binkley, a Member of Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., joined the Firm in 1986 after receiving his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Mr. Binkley is a graduate of The University of the South (magna cum laude) in 1981.Mr. Binkley has over twenty-eight years of experience representing employers and individuals in employment, workers’ compensation, tort, and insurance matters. Mr. Binkley assists and counsels private and public employers in investigations and litigation in the areas of compliance with Title VII, FMLA, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, THRA, and other state and federal employment related laws. In addition, he has extensive experience in personal injury litigation and speaks on employment law and workers' compensation topics. Mr. Binkley chairs the Firm’s Employment Law Practice Group and is a member of the Firm's Tort and Insurance Practice Group.Mr. Binkley has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in the specialties of Employment Law and Workers' Compensation Law.
