Rob is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice group. He advises clients on matters regarding corporate law, including corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and entity formation. He also counsels clients on complex commercial agreements and corporate governance. His experience includes negotiating and preparing side letter and subscription agreements with investors, assisting in composing private placement memoranda and limited partnership agreements, and drafting contracts and agreements regarding entity formation and corporate governance matters.Before law school, Rob was a merchandiser for a national distribution company where he focused on supply chain fulfillment and marketing. During law school, he served as a legal and compliance intern at a large health care insurer and as a judicial legal research intern for the Michigan Court of Appeals – Research Division.
