Richard is a partner in the construction, engineering and infrastructure practice. He has practiced as an admitted attorney in South Africa for twenty years and has developed a unique speciality in construction and project work and tender disputes. Richard heads up the Construction, Engineering and Infrastructure Law Team at Cox Yeats. He also focuses on all aspects of Business Law. Richard is a committee member of the Association of Arbitrators of Southern Africa and conducts adjudications and arbitrations in the field of Construction and Engineering Law and Business Law. He is a member of the International Bar Association Committee on International Construction Projects. He is also a member of the Maritime Lawyers Association and a Commissioner in the Small Claims Court. He joined the firm in 1998.
