Rick Wuestling serves on the Twenty-First Judicial Commission of Missouri. The Commission is composed of two elected attorneys, the Chief Judge of the Missouri Courts of Appeals Eastern District, and two lay people appointed by the Governor.

In addition to his judicial commission duties, Rick frequently presents at Continuing Legal Education seminars on ethics issues.
