Richard Keeton is an associate attorney at Bush Kornfeld LLP. Richard represents businesses, trustees, and receivers in bankruptcy reorganizations and liquidations, restructurings, and out-of-court workouts. Richard previously worked as a commercial litigation associate at one of Tacoma’s largest full-service law firms, where he assisted businesses and individuals to protect and enforce their rights in state and federal courts. Prior to being in private practice, Richard clerked for Judge Christopher M. Alston and externed for Chief Judge Brian D. Lynch, both of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington. Richard earned his J.D. from Texas Tech University and his LL.M. from the University of Washington.
