Richard Latta is a seasoned attorney with over two decades of experience practicing corporate law, financial restructuring, and distressed real estate matters. As a partner in the Business Practice Group at Stafford Rosenbaum LLP, Mr. Latta serves as Co-Chair of the Reorganizations, Financial Restructuring and Workouts Group and leader of the Distressed Real Estate Group.
