About Rasheda
Rasheda Robinson was born and raised in Anderson, South Carolina. At a very young age, she began using her voice for advocacy through various speaking competitions, which became the catalyst for her aspiring to be an attorney. She attended The University of South Carolina – Columbia, where she majored in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration. Upon graduating, she became a sales analyst and e-commerce specialist for a local manufacturing company where she and a partner pioneered the e-commerce business. After working for some time, she began to pursue her journey and dream of becoming an attorney. Rasheda received her Juris Doctorate from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she was the Vice President of the Criminal Law Society. While in law school, Rasheda also received the CALI Award for Directed Research and Cyber Security & Privacy Law.Rasheda is passionate about helping others and using her voice to advocate for justice. During the summers, Rasheda gained experience as an intern at a firm based in Anderson and clerked at the Federal Public Defender Office in Greenville. Upon graduating from law school and becoming a member of the South Carolina bar, Rasheda became a Public Defender in the Thirteenth Circuit, where she represented hundreds of clients and advocated on their behalf across a wide variety of criminal offenses. Currently, she is a member of the Anderson County Bar Association. Rasheda now joins Pracht Injury Lawyers as an associate attorney with a focus on personal injury law.Outside of work, Rasheda enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and children. As a family, they spend a great deal of time at various sporting events, primarily baseball and softball. She is also regularly involved in local recreational sports, including but not limited to coaching and participating as team mom. She is an active member of her local church.
