As a Board Certified attorney by the Florida Bar in the area of Wills, Trusts, and Estates, Rachel brings valuable qualifications to her clients. She acquired her Master of Laws (LL.M. in Taxation) from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2013. Before joining The Diamond Law Firm PA, Rachel practiced at the national law firm of Cummings & Lockwood LLC in Naples, Florida, concentrating on estate planning for high-net-worth clients. She is committed to serving the St. Petersburg community, where she actively participates in the local Bar Association.Rachel holds a position on the Executive Council of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar (RPPTL) and serves as Vice Co-Chair of the IRA, Insurance & Employee Benefits Committee. She is also involved with the Suncoast Estate Planning Council and the Community Law Program in St. Petersburg.Prior Work ExperiencePreviously, Rachel worked with Cummings & Lockwood LLC in Naples, Florida, where her practice was centered on estate planning for high-net-worth clients.
