Peter is a senior litigator with more than 30 years of experience representing clients in complex civil and commercial disputes. His practice spans a wide range of matters, including fraud-related claims, professional negligence, product liability, insurance defence and coverage, defamation, and real property disputes. He also advises on banking and insolvency litigation, estate litigation and administration, and corporate and commercial conflicts.He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and various professional and regulatory bodies, and is called to the bar in multiple Canadian jurisdictions. Peter has significant experience obtaining and defending against interlocutory relief, including Mareva and Anton Piller injunctions. He also has particular expertise in strata property law and completed the first court-approved strata windup in British Columbia.Earlier in his career, Peter practised criminal law before transitioning to civil litigation, bringing with him a strong courtroom foundation. From 2008 to 2010, he served as Head of Lawson Lundell’s Litigation Group.
