Paul Woodall is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. Paul has extensive experience in a variety of areas of business and transactional practice, including mergers and acquisitions, choice of entity, economic development incentives, product distribution, real estate, commercial lending, intellectual property, and cybersecurity. Paul routinely handles the preparation and negotiation of real estate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases (for landlords and tenants), commercial real estate closings, opinion letters, and structuring economic development incentives. Paul has assisted a number of manufacturers in all phases of taking their products to market, including establishing distribution systems, handling dealer terminations, and developing product warranties. He also routinely prepares and negotiates agreements in connection with distributorships, inventory consignments, warehousing, supply arrangements, sales agency arrangements, franchising, and toll manufacturing.
