Pascale Lagesse is a Partner and Founder of Bredin Prat’s Employment Law practice.She has over 30 years of experience advising international corporate clients on:the employment issues arising out of mergers & acquisitions and business divestituresindividual disputes and complex collective disputes with unions and works councilslarge-scale restructuring projects as well as day-to-day employment advice and assistancePascale is active in a variety of legal organizations and is currently the Vice Chair of the International Bar Association’s Legal Practice Division and a member of the Management Board.She is also Course Director for Labor Law Studies at the Paris Bar School and a member of the Research Commission at Paris Panthéon-Assas University.Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Pascale was the Founder and Head of the Employment, Pensions and Benefits practice of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s Paris office. Pascale was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1989. She is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Maîtrise in judicial practice) and the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (DEA in Private Law).
