Nathan Jones is an associate on the litigation and disputes team, practising general civil, corporate and commercial, and maritime litigation. He assists clients and senior lawyers on a variety of matters, including insurance claims, judicial reviews, claims involving breach of contract, claims in negligence, property disputes, shareholder disputes, societies disputes, and insolvency matters. Nathan also works with the intellectual property group, bringing his commercial experience to disputes involving trade secrets, trademarks and other intellectual property matters. He has appeared before the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the British Columbia Supreme Court, and a number of administrative tribunals and has assisted senior lawyers on a number matters before the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Nathan also regularly assists the firm's business group with corporate transactions that require court approval, such as plans of arrangement.
