Mitchell Abood is an Associate in Peckar & Abramson’s Construction & Infrastructure and Business Litigation practices. Based in the firm’s Miami office, Mitchell represents clients in a variety of matters within the construction industry including construction defect cases and breach of contract disputes.Mitchell received his B.A. in Economics at Michigan State University and his J.D. at the University of Miami School of Law, where he was the Editor of the University of Miami Law Review Symposium.During law school, Mitchell served as a judicial intern for several courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Michigan Supreme Court. He also served as a legal intern for the Miami State Attorney’s Office, appearing under attorneys to prepare witnesses for trial, direct examinations, and openings.
