About Mirna
Mirna Kaddis practices in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group in the Montreal office. Mirna acts on a regular basis on behalf of internationally known corporations in the defence of significant class actions, with a particular emphasis on consumer protection, product liability, cybersecurity and privacy and competition class actions. Many of her cases have cross-border and international implications and Mirna works closely with counsel in the other jurisdictions to ensure strategic co-ordination of cases across borders.Mirna is also called upon to work in major litigation cases in contractual and commercial matters, namely with respect to questions of interpretation and termination of contracts of various nature. Mirna has extensive experience in preparing opinions, developing complex strategies and litigating contested claims in a variety of contentious matters. Mirna has a wide pleading experience and has appeared before all levels of provincial courts.Prior to joining Fasken, Mirna practiced in the litigation and restructuring groups of a national firm for several years. In addition to her legal practice, she studied psychology and primary education.
