Michel Ponsard is one of the partners in charge of the UGGC Avocats Competition Law Departement, present since the law firm's inception after an experience in Brussels.His practice mainly focuses on competition law and distribution, but also on the law of commercial contracts and commercial practices, as well as to the right of promotion and publicity. More precisely he works for a French and international clientele in fields as diverse as the automotive sector, the pharmaceutical sector, personal services, retail distribution, publishing and media, Real estate professionals or transport.He is also an active participant in the activities on the evolution of its subject.
