In one case, Mike won dismissal of a complaint seeking more than $1.2 million for 35 ERISA plan participants and beneficiaries who alleged wrongful denial of benefits. He also obtained a summary judgment ruling on a complaint filed on behalf of a class of more than 5,000 ERISA pension plan participants and beneficiaries seeking more than $250 million in a decision affirmed on appeal to the Sixth Circuit.Mike serves as Partner-in-Charge of Hahn Loeser’s Columbus office and has hands-on experience in the business world.
