Mr. Eglinton is a partner in our Miami office. He practices in general liability litigation, personal injury defense and SIU/fraud defense.He graduated cum laude from the University of Connecticut in 2001 with a bachelor of arts degree in psychology. While at the University of Connecticut, Mr. Eglinton won the New England Scholar Award in 2000. He attended and graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2004, and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.Prior to joining CSK, Mr. Eglinton practiced disability law, real estate transactional law, medical malpractice defense, products liability defense, family law, premises liability defense and workers’ compensation law. He is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Connecticut.
