In his legal career since 2006, Michael has been involved with Rountree, Losee & Baldwin in Wilmington, North Carolina before moving to Charlotte where he worked for two prominent commercial real estate firms: Trammell Crow and Faison Enterprises. His expertise spans from due diligence on large-scale commercial real estate transactions across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions through closing, managing zoning and land use issues, and assisting with complex financing structures, including aviation lending.
Michael has a deep commitment to community service and volunteerism, dedicating his time and energy to various charitable causes such as H.O.P.E. (Helping Others Providing Empathy), Samaritan Ministries, and the Science Center and Environmental Park of Forsyth County ('SciWorks').
Michael enjoys outdoor activities like fly fishing, snow skiing, backpacking, and camping.
