Guided by her father’s advice—”Attend law school in the state where you plan to practice”—she found her path back to her beloved Idaho.At Elam & Burke, Meghan now works extensively with urban renewal agencies throughout Idaho. She structures private-public partnerships, handles government contracts, tax increment financing, litigation, appeals, and governmental relations. Her diverse portfolio extends to representing a commodity promotion and research program, aiding consumer and commercial lenders in foreclosures and collections, and actively participating in insurance defense litigation.
