His practice further encompasses representing landlords and tenants in commercial office, industrial, and retail leasing transactions.Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Max served as a judicial intern for Iowa District Court Judge Paul D. Scott and was also legislative intern for Senator Chuck Grassley.
