About Maxime
Maxime Rhéaume possesses a wealth of experience drafting and negotiating loan and guarantee agreements for financial institutions in connection with real estate financing for the acquisition, construction and long term loans. Maxime is and has been for many years a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Université de Montréal in the Master program of business law as well as in the Master program of property security Law. He is also Part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Université Lumière Lyon 2 in the Master program of compared business law. Maxime writes articles and participates to his clients continued learning education programs.
