Most recently he served as a Brigade Level Senior Operations Officer and as the Commander of a Special Forces Advanced Operations Base in Trans-Saharan Africa in 2020. Prior to attending law school, he served as a U.S. Army Special Forces Officer (Green Beret) and was an Operational Detachment Commander in Iraq and Qatar. Additionally, Joe was employed as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch, where he worked primarily with small businesses.
