Ms. Maud Rivard practises mainly in the fields of insurance law, civil liability and professional liability.Ms. Rivard regularly represents clients before the various judicial authorities and in the dispute resolution process. She also renders opinions on insurance coverage. Known for her pragmatic approach to cases, she is able to keep the costs down and bring a case to a speedy trial or settlement, as the case may be.From the start of her law career, Ms. Rivard has played an active role in complex multi-party cases involving vast quantities of documents in construction law, professional liability and civil liability matters.
