Matt has been published in the Notre Dame Law Review; the DePaul Law Review; the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law; and the Notre Dame Law Review Online.Matt graduated summa cum laude from Notre Dame Law School, where he was Managing Senior Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review and Founding Tournament Director of the Notre Dame National Appellate Advocacy Tournament for Religious Freedom. He received his B.S. from Vanderbilt University. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in both the U.S. private sector (CIPP/US) and the U.S. government (CIPP/G).A long-time Eagle Scout, Matt remains active in his community. He serves both as a volunteer clinic worker and as the Secretary of the Board of Trinity Free Clinic, Inc., which provides free health care to uninsured residents of Hamilton County.Matt is admitted to practice in Indiana, the United States Supreme Court, and numerous federal courts.
