Recently, I represented a large manufacturer of footwear and apparel in the negotiation of a lease for the relocation of its corporate headquarters in Boston’s North Station area.Retail leasingI have represented both landlords and tenants in leasing retail space in shopping centers and mixed use buildings. Recently, I have represented an institutional owner in connection with leasing up a large regional shopping center.
