Prior to joining Babst Calland, Ms. Schock was Vice President of Legal for Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc., a full-line sporting goods retailer with over $4 billion in annual sales. At Dick’s Sporting Goods, she had direct responsibility for a wide variety of legal matters including: negotiation of a $150 million headquarters project; legal aspects of Dick’s Sporting Goods’ three acquisitions; negotiation of big-box retail leases, trademark purchase agreements and licenses, and aircraft purchase and sales agreements; management of complex and routine litigation; and oversight of corporate governance matters.
