Mark is an associate practicing with our Insurance, Health and Critical Injury groups.In his insurance practice, Mark represents insurers in various matters including property disputes, general insurance disputes and professional negligence. He has specific expertise in defending bodily injury claims.On the health law side, Mark defends health professionals in civil matters.In his critical injury practice, Mark approaches each and every file with empathy and has experience advising clients in a variety of situations, including motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, and other serious injuries.Mark has appeared before the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal BC, and the Human Rights Tribunal.Mark completed both his bachelor’s degree and law degree at the University of British Columbia and was called to the BC Bar in 2014. Mark has volunteered with Access Pro Bono since his call to the bar, providing assistance to low income individuals.
