Mark Stern is an associate in the Corporate, Securities and Real Estate Capital Markets practices. He has a broad corporate practice, concentrating in corporate finance and securities law, corporate governance and transactional matters. Mark represents clients in structuring and consummating complex corporate transactions, including registered and unregistered equity and debt offerings, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He also has extensive experience advising public companies on compliance with periodic reporting requirements (including the preparation and filing of annual, quarterly and current reports, proxy statements and Section 16 filings) and stock exchange listing requirements. Mark also has experience representing investors, including public companies, in connection with venture capital investments, as well as start-up and development stage companies relating to financings and general corporate matters.Prior to joining MMM, Mark was an associate in the corporate practice group of a large international law firm.
