As a Partner with Brinkley Morgan’s Business Litigation and Appellate group, Mark A. Levy represents a wide range of clients, including companies, individuals and local governments, assisting them with avoiding and resolving all types of business, commercial and financial disputes. His practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, including creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, business torts, corporate disputes, contract disputes, real property disputes, employment and non-compete agreements, intellectual property, and local government issues. He is experienced in litigating in federal and state trial and appellate courts, bankruptcy court, arbitration proceedings, administrative and regulatory proceedings, and appearing before local government bodies. He is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.An active member of the legal community, Mr. Levy is a Past President of the Broward County Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and currently serves on the Board. He is a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida, the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, and the Broward County Bar Association. He is also a graduate of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Fort Lauderdale Class X and previously served as Chair of The Florida Bar’s Grievance Committee 17J.A graduate of George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Mr. Levy earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
