Marisa obtained a Law Degree and a Specialty in Commercial Law from Universidad Panamericana. She is experienced in Corporate Law, working with national and international companies regarding their incorporation and corporate governance, as well as assisting them in their day-to-day operations with the review and drafting of agreements, compliance, and management of diverse procedures before the corresponding authorities, and other activities.Before joining Sánchez Devanny, she worked more than 3 years for different prestigious law firms in the areas of Corporate Law, Compliance and Foreign Trade.Marisa was named “National Expert” by Lexology for his contribution in the Mexico Chapter of Electricity Regulation 2022 .
