She regularly leads the Group in working with insurers, reinsurers, and insurance syndicates to pursue recovery claims in a timely and efficient manner including by way of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.Mariella De Stefano has been practicing in the field of insurance law for the past 30 years. Her meticulousness and her organizational and analytical skills have been an asset in the diverse and complex files that she has been involved in, which have also led her to appear before the courts, including settlement conferences. She has represented the interests of clients both in demand and in defence.She has acquired an expertise in recovery files in the insurance field and now heads the recovery team in the insurance department, which is mainly comprised of junior and intermediate lawyers.
