Moreover, Marie regularly mediated non-dissolution matters, involving parents who were not legally married or for other adults filing for Court relief on behalf of minor children.Marie received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School. While in law school, Marie served as a student attorney for the Rutgers Child Advocacy Clinic, where she provided representation for children in administrative proceedings and for those seeking special immigrant juvenile status. Furthermore, Marie served as an intern at the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, Department of Children and Families, where she worked on appeals regarding the termination of parental rights.Marie received her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University with a double major in Criminal Justice and Sociology and a double minor in Criminology and Spanish. During her time at as an undergraduate, she studied abroad at the University of Salamanca in Salamanca, Spain.In her free time, Marie enjoys reading a great novel, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, spending time with her husband, their Bernedoodle, as well as their friends and family.
