Marcia Caridad Laurido Soto is an associate in the San Juan, Puerto Rico, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Marcia also assists employers to develop their employee handbooks and other workplace policies and provides counseling that extends from the hiring process to internal investigations and other matters over the ordinary course of the business.During law school, Marcia was a teaching assistant to Professor Glenda Labadie Jackson and a member of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review.
