She has extensive experience in corporate law matters and also regularly advises on corporate governance, M&A and banking.Esteban is also an Associate Professor of Corporate Law at the IQS School of Management, Universitat Ramon Llull, and an Affiliated Researcher at the Harvard Law School Program on the Legal Profession.Prior to being appointed Partner of Bufete Escura, Esteban spent 6 years as Head of the Legal Department of SITUBSA, a Spanish manufacturer of first equipment for the automotive industry.She holds a Law Degree from the Universitat de Barcelona, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration, cum laude and Premio Extraordinario, from Universitat Ramon Llull.Esteban sits in several boards, is an active member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB), a member at doctoral level of the International Honor Society Beta Gamma Sigma, and since the year 2010, she has been included in the Best Lawyers list for Spain.
