The firm conducts title examinations in all 46 counties in South Carolina and can close commercial real estate transactions, issue title opinions, and issue title insurance policies for the entire state of South Carolina.He also advises and counsels financial institutions on regulatory matters and mortgage banking regulations under South Carolina law. He represents buyers, sellers and commercial lenders (ranging from local community banks to national institutions) in all aspects of commercial loan transactions, including, but not limited to, real estate and construction financing, asset-based lending, SBA 504 loans and loan workouts.
