Mr. Wohlfarth has also assisted clients with the preparation of federal and state income tax returns for individuals, trusts, and estates.Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Wohlfarth served as a law clerk for the Hon. Alan E. Highers in the Tennessee Court of Appeals from 2003 to 2005. Licensed to practice law in Tennessee since 2003 and a member of the Memphis and Tennessee Bar Associations, Mr. Wohlfarth later obtained his LL.M. degree in tax law from the University of Alabama.
