She possesses extensive experience in trademark prosecution, navigating complex domain name disputes through the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and under WIPO’s Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). Her capabilities extend to assisting companies with critical online and social media IP issues, such as DMCA takedown requests, crafting robust website Terms of Use, and ensuring complete website policy compliance. As Chair of the Web 2.0 Working Group of the Online Use Subcommittee of the INTA Internet Committee, she remains at the forefront of evolving digital IP challenges.
Furthermore, Ms. Graybeal expertly advises clients on copyright clearance, registration, and licensing, leveraging her deep understanding of copyright law to protect creative works.
