About Lynne
Lynne Weitzel began her college career at Boston University and graduated from UCLA in 1991. Her college days included a trip around the world via Semester at Sea in 1989. She then attended law school at Tulane Law School in New Orleans, clerking in San Francisco and Washington D.C. during the summers. After graduating from law school, she moved to Denver where she has continuously resided. Lynne has sat on various boards during her legal career including the Metropolitan Denver Interdisciplinary Committee, her Homeowner's Association, and the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee. While on the Ethics Committee, Lynne served on the hotline call-in committee, addressing the various ethical predicaments often encountered by family law attorneys. She has presented as a speaker at numerous engagements, including the annual Family Law Section conference. Lynne had her own successful law practice for approximately 15 years; past associations include Hall & Evans, Brega & Winters, McBride & Drinkwine, and most recently, Ciancio Ciancio Brown. Lynne resides with her husband and children, two dogs, a guinea pig and some fish (ha). She enjoys travel, biking, golf, hiking, the great outdoors, and a good meal at one of the many great local restaurants.
