He also acts for and has assisted many overseas investors, from both Europe and Asia (particularly from China), helping to locate and assess potential property investment opportunities, subsequently advising and assisting on the acquisition, development and sale of these projects.Lou advises both Owners Corporations (Body Corporates) and managers of Owners Corporations in relation to their statutory obligations and duties, and in respect to all types of Owners Corporation disputes such as in respect to rules, as well as members who are in dispute with their Owners Corporation.
