Ms. Maldonado received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. While in law school, she served as an Executive Board Member of the Moot Court Society, Bilingual Editor for the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law, and placed as a quarter-finalist in the AIPLA Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Competition.Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Maldonado worked for a boutique commercial litigation firm handling cases in intellectual property, complex and general litigation.
